first yum install -y http://poweredgec.com/files/dell-pec-ipmiflash-2013.02.11.rpm yum install -y ipmitool unzip curl poweredge_c_downloader.sh downloads the firmware files. flash.sh is not tested and not ready yet. but it should do the firmware upgrades.
