resolvconfpy is a python implementation of the resolvconf program which is used by various dhcp clients.
I need to make a sensible pypi installation for this that will make it available in a way that your dhcp client can see it.
resolvconf should store it's resolvconf file in /etc/resolvconf/run/resolv.conf but right now we store it by default in /var/lib/resolvconfpy
The location can be changed by the -D switch.
