This is a simple Flask application that demonstrates topic modeling. It attempts to guess the category of a news article, such as World, Business, or Sports, from the headline or a few lines of text. It has been deployed to Heroku at https://news-at-eight.herokuapp.com.
The training data is from the AG News Corpus.
The model was build using fastText from Facebook Research.
$ heroku create
