To get a local copy up and running follow these simple example steps.
Below is an example of how you can install and set up your app.
- Clone the repo
git clone https://github.com/Rahul5430/ChatApp.git
- Install NPM packages
or
npm install
npm install --legacy-peer-deps
- Install Client NPM packages
or
cd frontend/ npm installcd frontend/ npm install --legacy-peer-deps
- Start the development server
npm run dev
- Start the Client
cd frontend npm start - To see changes:
- Browser - open http://localhost:3000/
