DISCONTINOUS GALERKIN METHOD FOR COMPUTATIONAL MECHANICS :
A FEM solver for the acoustic wave equation is implemented with the discontinous Galerkin method. The convergence criteria, behavoiur of wave propogation in homogenous and heterogenous boundary were studied. Reference codes are from the lecture book “Nodal Discontinuous Galerkin Methods – Hesthaven & Warburton”.
