Locks the cursor to the foreground window.
Fix for "second monitor flick" in games like CS:GO.
Tabbing out and back in with less than 100 seconds between both actions will relock the window.
Press Win + R type shell:startup and download the Lock Cursor.exe into the startup folder you just opened.
You can now start Lock Cursor.exe and close the folder. The programm will now start everytime you login.
Press Control + Shift+ Alt + L to lock or unlock the cursor to the current window.
