Welcome to Portfolio 2.0, a sleek, powerful and a completely revamped Portfolio website built with NextJS and ChakraUI and deployed on Vercel. Without a doubt, a portfolio website is a unique way to showcase your work and let others know about yourself. It’s like an evergreen platform for your projects, case studies, and information about you. However, Why why did i choose Next.js? Because it is a React framework with Server-Side Rendering, which is good for SEO (Good for us if we get found on Google, right?). And why did I decide to go with Chakra UI ? It's easy to use first of all, it has responsive design capabilities, customizable styling, accessibility features, excellent developer experience, and an active community support. Also, Next.js helps us build a full back-end & blazing-fast websites along with benefits such as Image optimization.

- Modern Design: Portfolio 2.0 offers a clean, modern and a minimalistic design that grabs attention and creates a memorable user experience.
- Responsive Layout: The website is fully responsive, ensuring it looks great and functions flawlessly on any device or screen size.
- Dynamic Content: Whatever new projects I make or skills I acquire, or any academic achievement I receive are updated in the site dynamically. In short, the website also makes progress in design and content as I progress further!
- Smooth Page Transitions: Enjoy smooth page transitions and animations developed using Framer Motion that enhance the overall user experience.
- Dark Mode: This also features an eye-catchy Dark Mode, allowing users to switch between light and dark modes for optimal readability and comfort using the Color-Mode Toggler.
This is a Next.js project bootstrapped with create-next-app. In order to get started, follow these steps:
- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/RaunakGN2001/Portfolio2.0.git
- Navigate to the project directory:
cd Portfolio2.0
- Install the dependencies:
yarn
- Run the development server:
yarn dev
- Open your browser and visit http://localhost:3000 to see your Portfolio 2.0 in action 👀 !
