This repository contains the Dockerfile of the JMeter image used in the JMeter-K8s-Starterkit template and the JMeter-docker-compose-starterkit.
This Dockerfile is built through Github action and then pushed to DockerHub. The image tags are tied to the JMeter version, for instance, rbillon59/jmeter-k8s-base:5.5 is for Apache JMeter version 5.5. Additionally, the latest tag is available as the last version of JMeter.
The images are built once a week and are available in DockerHub at https://hub.docker.com/r/rbillon59/jmeter-k8s-base/tags.
The embedded Java version is
openjdk-16
This image is highly customized to fit the goal of the JMeter-K8s-Starterkit. So prefer using it in that context
