Striking Theme

I'm having trouble getting the RealFaviconGenerator WordPress plugin to work with the Striking theme. They have their own favicon settings in the theme. Any idea how I can get RealFaviconGenerator to override the favicon settings in the Striking theme? The plugin activates and it appears to setup correctly but the test shows that none of the favicons are working.
I suggest of to disable the favicon in the theme options, if that's possible.

Hi,
I'm author of the RealFaviconGenerator plugin for WordPress (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/favicon-by-realfavicongenerator). With more than 90,000 active installs, this is the most popular favicon plugin for WordPress.
I was reported an issue by one of your user (#235): your theme and my plugin conflict. And I was wondering: is there a way for a plugin to disable the favicon of Striking theme? It already does this for Genesis, the right way, by disabling its favicon as long as RealFaviconGenerator is used.
Regards,
Philippe
The Striking theme support is provided at http://kaptinlin.com/support/. I already submitted a request which has not yet been answered. I cannot find a setting to turn off favicon settings. The only option is to upload or remove favicon files. Even if you remove them, RealFaviconGenerator plugin doesn’t seem to work.
Since posting the initial message, I have noticed that I can’t find the image files in the root or uploads folder. Where should the WordPress plugin store the favicon image files? Perhaps it is having trouble storing them due to the security.
Thanks,
Tina

Oh, ok. The images are in /wp-content/uploads/fbrfg/
(for example, /wp-content/uploads/fbrfg/favicon.ico
).
Is your site live? Could you give me its URL?
