consider enhancing with slide-show/presentation mode

Currently present in _episodes materials are prepared largely for self-study/reading, not presentation style. We might like to enhance it so there are slides + details per each

oops... I guess we had some commits with "Fixes" pointing to the older ohbm2018-training which closed this issue

@satra - did you try "it"? I am not sure if carpentries themselves use it any longer (here is my fresh question to them swcarpentry/slideshows#33)
