Add paging to the full patch notes list once it is too long to display quickly

As Godot 4 displays long text a lot slower this might become a problem soon.

Could be something like showing only up to 10 releases at once and any more require pressing next / back buttons to go through the pages.

Or could also take advantage of this workaround for this place as well: #5046
