Removed multicellular cell can incorrectly keep digesting things

Got a report:
My front cell (the digestor) got destroyed, soon after that I regenerated it, reproduced, but now this cell (that was in the first digestor) still is being digested

also digesting problem with my first cell can be seen (either it's not happening completely or it is but in spurts)
For some reason the digested matter bar is increasing by one per second, although it's decreasing more quickly

A fix for the problem likely would be to ensure that when body layout is reset, any engulfed things from the removed cells are also flagged for entity deletion immediately.
