EEG phase lag index
This repository includes the MATLAB codes for computing phase lag index and power spectrum density.
Electroencephalogram data preprocessing and analysis were performed using the Matlab R2017b software.
Functional connectivity between different brain regions was computed using the phase lag index (PLI).
