in setDomain.js, should be 'summarize' + axis rather than 'summarize' + otherAxis

Tested and passed, using the Bar Charts: Data Summaries + Grouping group in Webcharts Visual Tests, and Test #7 (Vertical Bar chart:summarizeY = percent)
