Remove highlighting of difference column when summarizeBy = "event"

Rate calculations allow subjects to contribute multiple observations to a given system organ class and/or preferred term. Therefore, the current statistical testing is not valid and highlighting should be removed. Hope to move to more robust stat calculations in the future here.
