[Documentation] meaning of alpha transparency in group difference diamonds

The transparent/solid contrast between diamonds representing pairwise group difference is based on a fisher approximation of chi-square test. see here. This should be documented in the Technical Documentation. Thanks @bzkrouse for pointing to the code :)
