Can currently have multiple filters for the same column, which can cause problems in certain frameworks as described here

Use this page to confirm that bug exists in current release. Each time you open then outlier explorer or results over time tabs a new set of filters is added.

Then use this page to confirm that the fixes work as expected. Only a single set of filters appears on repeat viewings of the charts.
