System Requirement:
    npm 6.14+
    
Steps to run:
    run npm install from the application root forder.
    run npm audit fix from the application root forder.
    run ng serve from the application root folder.


Notes:
    Due to engagement in official work and unsufficient experience in front end, could not complete all the tasks
    from the frontend, but implemented in the backend.
