To use the project you must download [JQuery] at https://jquery.com/ add it in the js folder.
The libraries are necessary for the carousel you find them in https://owlcarousel2.github.io/OwlCarousel2/ and use the files in a folder called [lib] owl.carousel.min.css, owl.theme.default.min.css, owl.carousel.min.js this in proyect.
