Med Track

Med Track is a mobile application developed using React Native, Expo, and Firebase. It is designed to aid doctors in managing and viewing patient data.

This application was developed as part of a bootcamp at Geeks of Kolachi.

Features

Patient entry: A doctor can enter details of any patient with related data such as patient name, disease, medication provided, date of arrival, and cost.
Entry saving: The system saves this entry in the Firebase Realtime Database for later viewing.
History viewing: The system allows the doctor to view a patient's history as and when needed.
Search by name: The application allows doctors to search for any patient by name.
Search by date: The application allows doctors to search for patients by appointment date.
Search by disease: The application allows doctors to filter patients by disease.

Installation

To run the Med Track app on your local machine, follow these steps:

Clone the repository: git clone https://github.com/yourusername/patient-tracker-app.git
Change into the project directory: cd patient-tracker-app
Install dependencies: npm install
Start the Expo development server: npm start
Open the app on your device or emulator using the Expo app.

Note: To use Firebase Realtime Database, you need to create a Firebase project and configure it in the app.

Accessing the MedTrack App

To access the MedTrack app using Expo Go:

Open your preferred web browser and navigate to the following link: https://expo.dev/@riyancode/medtrack?serviceType=classic&distribution=expo-go
Launch the Expo Go app on your mobile device.
Tap the "Scan QR Code" button within the Expo Go app.
Use your device's camera to scan the QR code displayed on the webpage.
Once scanned, Expo Go will load the MedTrack app, allowing you to explore its features and functionalities.

That's it! You have successfully installed the Expo Go app and scanned the QR code to access the MedTrack app. Enjoy using the app!
