This error occurs if you change the server ports to 3777 for the firewall program.
port_queue:
- 3777
- 3778
- 3779
The solution to this problem is this. In the folder "C:\Users\PUDGE\AppData\Roaming\SCP Secret Laboratory\AdminToolBox\ServerLogs" you need to create a folder with the name of the used port "3777" and the problem is solved. Thus, the whole path will turn out like this: "C:\Users\PUDGE\AppData\Roaming\SCP Secret Laboratory\AdminToolBox\ServerLogs\3777". And delete "admintoolbox_folder_path".
