Please add 24LC1025-I support if possible.
And thanks for your I2C_EEPROM lib.

As it has a different addressing scheme I put it in a library of its own.
please check https://github.com/RobTillaart/I2C_24LC1025

Interface is quite similar.

In the future (when time permits) I might do a merge..
