Auto-reenable of estop system when Disengage button pulled out too fast.

System re-enables itself as motor controller keeps high charge, capacitance and resistance that prevents estop logic voltage from dropping.

Adding a relay between [Solenoid] <-> [Motor 24V] <-> [Relay] junction fixes this. This is verified through manual disconnection.
