Linux v36.3 detects wrong openssl version

Describe the bug
When loading the v36.3 game version under Linux, the game loads openssl 3.0.2, instead of 3.2.1 as usual. I suspect that the game is loading the libraries for openssl from somewhere else. I have this suspicion since I loaded the game in a system that has the latest version of the game dependencies (Manjaro, Arch Linux based). This same error occurs under Ubuntu 23.10, however, I believed it to be tied to the system dependencies in the game. This doesn't seem to be the case.

Expected behavior
The game should load the system loaded openssl version.
