Extend to cover descriptive analysis of survival data

add a function similar to summary_psm which will return a tibble of:
- KM estimates of survival
- Hazard estimates (pwe)
- Hazard estimates (smoothed)
- Cumulative hazard
That could then be used for diagnostic plots
