Implements a pair formation model adapted from Betti et al for modeling Monkeypox and Monkeypox vaccination in Mexico.

Data

Data is downloaded from the weekly reports by the Epidemiology Directorate (Dirección General de Epidemiología). It is parsed in Python and is available as data/MPX_DGE.csv.
