This extension changes the YouTrack page title so the PIC number shows before the PIC title. This allows you to see the PIC number in the browser tab title even if the tab is not selected. Note: this extension only runs when the current URL matches http://[APPNAME].myjetbrains.com/youtrack/issue/[PIC-NUM]

Installing the Extension

  1. Download the packed extension
  2. Go to Extensions
  3. Make sure "Developer mode" is checked in the top right
  4. Drag the YouTrackTitleChanger.crx onto the extension page

OR

  1. Go to Extensions
  2. Make sure "Developer mode" is checked in the top right
  3. Click "Load unpacked extensions" and select the folder containing this README
