Document how to use charging-stations.json with Home Assistant

It took me ages to figure this out that you have to

  • put your config file into your normal home assistant config folder
  • set the CHARGING_STATIONS_JSON option to /config/charging-stations.json
    This should be documented somewhere or made more intuitive
