About The Project

We all have witnessed that the 2020 pandamic exponentially acclerated the shift from phyiscal world to a virtual world. Thanks to the panademic students start to consume educational videos online. I found myself watching a video and writing down notes.
A webapp would make note taking so efficient, I thought.
And that's why Notevid was built.

Using NoteVid you can take notes side-by-side while watching a video.

Salient features

  • Take notes side-by-side while watching a video.

  • You can note the video of your choice by entering the youtube link.

  • The Notes contain the timestamp of when the note was taken that helps to go back & fort later while revising.

  • Extract all the notes of a video to a PDF file.

  • Find all the videos you have noted at one place later.

Prerequisites

Clone the repository

Usage

Run in production mode

Make sure to install dependencies with yarn command before deploy.

yarn start
