Loan Wizard
Loan Wizard is a powerful, user-friendly loan calculation tool built with HTML, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js. It helps users to calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and monthly payments easily and accurately.

Features
The application provides the following features:
- Calculate loan amounts, interest rates, and monthly payments.
- Results include monthly payment, total payment, total interest, annual payment, and mortgage constant.
- Users can copy the summary of the loan calculation.
- Users can also copy a link to share the loan calculation.
Access
You can access the Loan Wizard at https://loan.expense.com.bd/
Usage
- Enter the loan amount, interest rate, and loan term in years or months.
- Click on the "Calculate" button to get your results.
- You can copy the summary or the link of your loan calculation by clicking the respective buttons.
Compiling Tailwind CSS Assets
Whenever there is a change or class addition in the HTML files, you will need to recompile the Tailwind CSS assets. Here are the steps that you need to run in the terminal from the root of the project:
- Install the necessary packages with the command:
npm install - Compile and minify the main.css file with the command:
npx tailwindcss -i ./src/main.css -o ./dist/main.css --minify - After compiling, remove the node_modules folder with the command:
rm -rf node_modules
