download the files and install required python packages

To download the files, click "<> Code" then choose "download ZIP"

Required python3 packages

You can install these packages using "pip install [package name]"

  1. opencv-python
  2. numpy
  3. glob

Running the Green Screen

  1. Unzip the .zip file to your desired directory
  2. Go to the directory via terminal
  3. run the software using "python3 main.py"
  4. To exit the software while running, press q
  5. To change the background manually, press any number on the keypad.

Note

The varibales are not thoroughly tuned. Therefore there might be some offsets, if using different camera. This will be tuned properly once we set up at the actual avenue.
