Improvement - Notes don't disappear when texts are interleaved or interlinear

Currently crossRefs don't show when displaying interleaved/interlinear or lists of texts (which is good), but Notes are also turned off for these displays, and it would be useful to see the notes.
In the displayed example, both NIV and ESV have notes in Gen.4.1
Notes are esp useful when looking at Greek texts because they include the variants that explain the differences.
We want to remove the notes when comparing texts.
SO: We want Notes to show when texts are Interleaved, Interlinear and in Columns - if the Option for showing Notes is ticked
BUT: we don't want to show Notes when Compare is on.
