feat: Set Overlay position similar to ability to set OSD position

Similar to how you can set the position for the overlay, would it be possible to add an option to do the same with the overlay? The overlay itself messes with some full screen applications, so I'd like to have it show on my secondary monitor instead.

You can do that right now, just press Ctrl Alt F10 to unlock the overlay and move it wherever you want, then press the same combination again to lock it
