"Annotate cell as dead" gets removed from marked cell after certain actions

Description:

See title.
It is probably caused by actions that add the ID after it was missing from the current frame after an ID was marked as to be excluded in a previous frame. This happens when either the ID was deleted and then readded or when it was missing from the get-go (because of tracking or segmentation errors) and only afterwards added.

Way to reproduce:

Actions found so far:

• Splitting the cell in question and then renaming it to the prev. ID, which was included
• Using the brush (or other methods like renaming, copying lost contour etc.) to add the ID back after it was lost due to tracking/segmentation errors
