These Perl scripts were written by Erich Schwarz ems394@cornell.edu for a variety of projects from ~2010 to 2018+; some of these projects were published (https://scholar.google.com/citations?user=VllBDvcAAAAJ) while others fell into obscurity. They are presented very much as-is (i.e., they are organized quasi-historically by project-related directories, with only sporadic efforts to group them more sensibly by purpose-related directories). Over time, this organization may improve, but no promises can currently be made.
