Investigate red LED issue

First prototype board has a non-functioning red status led.
No pin change detected at led, resistor, or micro pin directly. Soldering validated with microcscope and continuity check.
Green led, as well as the aux IO all function properly.

Troubleshooting
Board disconnected from supply.
Multimeter used in continuity/diode mode to check led orientation.
Meter source allows green and red leds to glow. Both in correct orientation.
Both leds have proper continuity to the resistors.
Options
- Microcontroller pin is dead internally
- Board fault between micro and resistor
- Board fault between micro and gnd/anything else
