Adjust names of plugins and paths

This will require ensuring that everything points to the proper path despite, might require manual re-pointing.

Plugin naming convention:

• BarstoolGames.esp (Commonwealth)
• BarstoolGames_FH.esp (Far Harbor)
• BarstoolGames_NW.esp (Nuka World)

To my complete and utter surprise, simply renaming the plugin had no repercussions despite my in depth testing of all facets of the plugin. Closing this as all new plugins will contain this scheme going forward. Commonwealth plugin renaming fixed with this commit:
