Demo app highlighting problem with timeout manager.
When running the endpoint, the scheduled task is triggered immediately and infinitely. The same behaviour is present when using a saga with timeouts.
The problem only occur when package "NServiceBus.Azure.Transports.WindowsAzureStorageQueues" is reference in the project, even if it is not in use.
