This repository contains the documentation of the work that I've done for OSUOSL(Oregon State University OpenSource Lab) PGD(Protein Geometry Database) for GSoC(Google Summer of Code) 2015 and my proposal to Theano(Python Software Foundation) that was accepted for GSoC 2016.
