Main Goal was to predict the type of offence commited based on various paramerters as listed .This Notebook contains the code for build a robust model for the same using XGBoost Technique.Notable Improvements were : F1 score : 0.69 --> 0.71 CV_Score : 0.689 --> 0.724 Reduced Dimensionlatity : 21 --> 13
For Preprocessing Techniques,DataViz,Feature engineering : Replacing Null Value Encoding Feature Engineering(combining) and Feature Reduction. HeatMap Bar Plots to find coorelation of features with target varible.
XGBoost Model with hypertuning: Hypertuned parameters like n_estimators,max_depth,min_child_weight,subsample, colsample_bytree,objective function and improved model CV Score from 0.699 to 0.724.
