Allows you to take incremental Git Snapshots of your work
Make the script executable chmod +x ~/scripts/snapshotg.sh
You can add the following line to /.bashrc so that you can execute the script as a command, change the path as needed to point to the directory containing the script
alias snapshotg='/scripts/snapshotg.sh'
If you use the alias, using the script is as simple as: snapshotg Your git save message here
