Multiple colouring groups in MDS plot

MDS plot only colours by the levels of a single group, it would be useful to be able to use multiple different groups for colouring and be able to switch between them interactively.

Feature added. data.frames can now be used as the "group" argument in glMDSPlot function, each column of data.frame should represent one factor to group by.
