Telegram bot to extract text from image

Usage

Deploy to Heroku

Tap on above button and fill API_ID, API_HASH, BOT_TOKEN.
Then tap "Deploy App" below it. Wait till deploying is complete (will take atmost 2 minutes).
After deploying is complete, tap on "Manage App"
Check the logs to see if your bot is ready!

Local Deploying

Clone the repo

git clone https://github.com/StarkBotsIndustries/OCRBot

Now head to this page and install Tesseract installer.
Use it to install Tesseract and copy the PATH to where it is installed.
Now uncomment out this line. Fill the inverted commas with your own PATH.
Edit Config.py and fill the needed variables
Enter the directory
```
cd OCRBot
```
Install all requirements using pip.
```
pip3 install -r requirements.txt
```
Run the file
```
python3 main.py
```

API_ID - Get this from my.telegram.org
API_HASH - Get this from my.telegram.org
BOT_TOKEN - Get this from @BotFather
