@1advait it depends on your laptop's computation power. If your laptop has a good gpu then yeah it can run in real time. But I am not sure how you can use a laptop's webcam for recording video of traffic.

will you please tell me that my laptop GPU version is = AMD Radeon(TM) RX Vega 10 Graphics , so will your program will run in this setup ?

Nope AMD GPU's are no good for ML. You will need a Nvidia GPU
