A machine learning model that predicts the price value of a particular room or a hotel belonging to the Singapore airbnb. This model is a regression type of model and takes various features of a particular room such as minimum number of nights,availibility,etc as input and gives the price value by studying those features as an output. The dataset used here is downloaded from kaggle datasets and the link is given below:
