Getting and Cleaning Data--final project

The R script perform functions
- Download and unzip dataset containing data collected from the accelerometers from the Samsung Galaxy S smartphone
- Load every individual dataset into R
- Assign names to different dataset, including using descriptive activity names to name the activities in the measurement data set
- Combine two seperate dataset (train and test)
- Subset data that contains only the measurements on the mean and standard deviation for each measurement.
- Produce independent tidy data set with the average of each variable for each activity and each subject
- Write the resulting dataset onto local drive named "allData_sub_mean.txt"
