Crashes on launch in Windows [ Bug ]

I launched the script, but then it couldn't open a lot of files and dirs. Here is the output:

I have no idea what is causing this, I guess it is the absence of requests as I wasn't able to install it using pip.

I have freshly reinstalled the entire python... thing. (I ran the installer and reinstalled everything completely)
