What can You contribute ⚠️

In our dev life, we have some code snippets that we frequently use. The goal of this repo is to store that code snippets so that one can quickly come here and use them to safe time.

  • Find the existing domain/programming language/framework or craete one if not exist.
  • Add your code snippet(s)

Process are as follows :-

  • Login using github @ Hacktoberfest
  • Create four valid pull requests (PRs) between 1st - 31st October

How to Contribute to this repository

  • Fork the repository (Click the Fork button in the top right of this page, click your Profile Image)
  • Clone the forked repository to your local machine.
git clone https://github.com/your-user-name/open-dev-life.git
  • change the present working directory
cd open-dev-life
  • Add/Create your code snippet to the specific folder as described in what you can contribute section.
  • Make a new branch
git checkout -b new-branch-name
  • Make change in the repository with the new branch.
git add -A
git commit -m "Your commit Message"
  • push the changes.
git push -u origin HEAD
  • Make a pull request.
  • Star the repository.

NOTE

  • Make Sure you commit your changes in a new branch.
  • Make Sure you Give proper name to your files describing the addition.
  • Also Make Sure you comment your code whereever necessary
