Form Builder

Form builder page is used to build the form with enabled fields and you can fetch the CRM fields by clicking the 'Fetch CRM Fields'. The manage shortcodes page displays the list of shortcodes. Click 'Edit' to edit the fields.

Two shortcodes types: -post -widget

  • You can move to the form builder page by clicking edit link.
  • List of fields are shown here. Bulk Actions :
    • Enable Field
    • Disable Field
    • Update Order
  • Enable and disable fields option available.
  • change the field order by specifying the position of the field

Form Settings

Form Setting are comes under the form builder page. There you can choose the form type, set texts for error message submission, success message submission and url redirection.

  1. Form type : post or widget

  2. Error message submission : For ex submission failed.

    • Customize the form submission error message using the “Error Message Submission” field.

  3. Success Message Submission : For ex: Thank you for submitting.

    • Customize the form submission success message using the “Success Message Submission” field.

Enable Url redirection

Url redirection is one of the feature available in the WP leads builder free. You can see this option in the form builder settings page.

  • use this option by selecting the 'Url redirection'.
  • Page or post id of URL to Redirect on success.

Lead Builder Settings

  • Choose your CRM from select plugin
  • Configure the CRM with API details.
  • Capture registering user.
  • Enable debug mode is option available Email Notification : a) Enable Email All captured data b) Enter the mail-id
  • Enable Contact form 7 to use the contact form shortcode

Contact form 7 support is the new feature added in the version 1.2.1

  • Enable contact form 7 in the settings page to access contact form 7 plugin.
  • Edit post or widget shortcode
  • Select anyone of Bulk Action and Click Save Form Settings to create contact shortcode.
  • shortcode is created in the contact form 7 plugin
  • Enter mail details inside shortcode option.
  • Paste the shortcode in post content.

Installation

WP Leads Builder Any CRM WP Leads Builder Any CRM is very easy to install like any other WordPress plugin. No need to edit or modify anything here. Users can install the plugin in 3 ways, choose one that suites you from below

I. For simple general way to install

  • Download the plugin (.zip file) on the right side above menu
  • Click the Download Button ( Download Version X.X.X)
  • Login to your WordPress Admin (e.g. yourdomain.com/wp-admin/)
  • Go to Plugins >> Add New
  • Select the tab "Upload"
  • Browse and Upload the downloaded zip file
  • Activate the plugin after install
  • You can see a new menu WP Leads Builder Any CRM in your Admin now

II. For familiar FTP users

  • Download the plugin (.zip file) on the right side above menu
  • Click the Download Button ( Download Version X.X.X)
  • Extract the plugin zip
  • Upload plugin zip to /wp-content/plugins/
  • Go to Plugins >> Installed Plugins >> Inactive
  • Click Activate to activate the plugin
