雷达图,支持定制,颜色，属性，外围圈数，大小，透明度。

用法

1. 添加依赖

克隆本项目添加依赖或者在Gradle中添加依赖:

    compile 'com.huayuxun.whale.whaleradargraph.widget.WhaleRadarGraph'

Gradle方式可能暂时无法使用

2. 布局文件中定义
